COMPETITION DATES

Automatic entry into the Promotion commences at 11am AEST on Tuesday 6th August and closes at 11.59pm AEST on Sunday 31st August

2025.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

The Promotion is open to Australian Residents only who are over the age of 18. All customers who purchase an eligible policy between 11am AEST on Tuesday 6th August and 11.59pm AEST on Sunday 31st August 2025 go into the draw to win.

This Promotion is not open to any employees or family members of employees of Zoom or its related companies.

THE PRIZE  

1.The Promotion is provided by Experiencegift B.V. The Winner will win a $5,000 AUD flight gift voucher redeemable at https://www.flightgift.com which has access to flights from 400 different airlines and 980 global destinations. Experiencegift B.V. is responsible for the fulfillment and booking of chosen flights. 
2. It is not possible to redeem your flight gift voucher for funds or cash payments. All flights must be booked via the https://www.flightgift.com website only. To redeem, just pick a flight and pay using your unique gift voucher code. 
3. The flight gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date the Winner has been announced. 
4.Flight gift vouchers are redeemable for all flights that show availability at https://www.flightgift.com at your selected dates and destination. It is not possible to make your booking and redeem your Flight gift voucher directly with the airline. When making a booking at https://www.flightgift.com, the Flight gift voucher value will be deducted from the amount payable. If the Flight gift voucher is not used in full at once, the remainder stays valid for another booking. If the booking is more expensive than the Flight gift voucher, the remainder can be paid for by online payment. One Flight gift voucher can be used per booking. 5. Iff for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or part of a prize) within (3) months of the draw, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited. 
6. The transfer of the prize will happen after the Winner’s policy has completed the cooling off period. 
7. If the prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 
8. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless specified otherwise. 
9. If any prize(s) remain unclaimed within three (3) months of the draw, a re-draw for any such prizes will take place three (3) months after the initial draw at the same place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and telephone within (2) business days of the unclaimed prize draw.

Information on how to enter the August "$5,000 Flight Voucher Giveaway” promotion (“Promotion”) and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. If you did not consent to participation in this promotion at point of automatic entry and/or subsequently do not consent to the terms outlined in this document, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected] and your entry will be excluded from eligible candidates.

No part of the prize is exchangeable or transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Prize Draw will be made at 11:00am AEST Tuesday 2nd September 2025 at the Zoom office.

The winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system (Winner).  The first Winner selected shall win the main prize.
There is a total of one draw to be made for the entire promotional period.

Each eligible Zoom participant will be automatically entered into the Draw once they email themselves a travel insurance quote between the Promotion Period. If you did not consent to participation in this promotion at point of automatic entry and/or subsequently do not consent to the terms outlined in this document, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected] and your entry will be excluded from eligible candidates.

The Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within 48 hours of the draw to confirm delivery of their prize. Zoom shall liaise with winner and suppliers to organise logistics.

Any Winner who cannot be contacted either by telephone or email due to overseas travel will be contacted again upon their return.

If a Winner becomes an Ineligible Person, his/her Prize will be re-drawn using the list of eligible entrants (excluding any Ineligible Persons) who had joined the competition during the Promotion Period. This redraw will be conducted at the Zoom offices at the earliest opportunity and the winner will be chosen randomly by a computerised system.

MARKETING & PROMOTIONS

The Winners of the Promotion may have their names published on the Zoom website and within marketing materials through social media and digitals assets.

By accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed.

All entries become the property of the Promoter, Zoom, who collects personal information about participants to enable participants to participate in this Competition.  Zoom may require the consent of the ‘Winner’ to disclosure personal information to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling and organizing the prize.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: 

• Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control).
• Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
• Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
• Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions.
• Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Competition Entrant and Zoom Travel Insurance with respect to the Promotion.
