COMPETITION DATES

Entry into the Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Wednesday 5 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 31 August 2026.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who purchase an eligible Zoom Travel Insurance policy during the Promotion Period and complete the online entry form.

The Promotion is not open to employees of Zoom Travel Insurance, The Insurance Geeks Pty Ltd, or their related companies, or their immediate family members.

THE PRIZE!

Travel dates: Open to winners choice (subject to travel & block out dates in terms and conditions, subject to supplier availability at all times)

One winner will receive a Hamilton Island holiday package for two people valued at $5,000 + GST*, including:

• Return economy airfares for two people from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Hamilton Island, Queensland.
• All airline and airport taxes.
• Return shared airport transfers.
• Two (2) nights' accommodation in a twin room at a 4-star Hamilton Island resort (or similar), including:
• Buffet breakfast daily.
• Complimentary use of selected watersports equipment including catamarans, windsurfers, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards and snorkelling equipment.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

* technical failures or equipment malfunction;

* theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;

* lost, late, altered, damaged or misdirected entries;

* any variation in prize value; or

* any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner.

MARKETING & PROMOTIONS

The Winners of the Promotion may have their names published on the Zoom website and within marketing materials through social media and digital assets.

By accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed.

All entries become the property of the Promoter, Zoom, who collects personal information about participants to enable participants to participate in this Competition. All participants may receive marketing and promotional materials from Zoom from time to time, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Zoom may require the consent of the ‘Winner’ to disclosure personal information to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling and organizing the prize.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire terms and conditions between the Competition Entrant and Zoom Travel Insurance with respect to the Promotion. These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable State or Territory laws regarding trade promotion lotteries.
