At Zoom, you can buy confidently knowing that you have 14 days to change your mind. If, after purchasing your policy, you decide that it is not suitable for you, our 14 days cooling-off period guarantee means you can cancel and we'll give you a full refund.
The following conditions apply:
You must cancel within 14 days after you are issued your certificate of insurance and policy document (PDS).
You must cancel prior to the start of the first of the travel dates shown on your certificate of insurance.
You must not want to make a claim or excercise any right under the policy.
Log in to Update Your Policy.
Select 'cancel policy' and confirm that you will not be making any claims.
We will immediately issue you with a refund and confirmation email. The funds will be returned to the same credit card that you purchased your policy. It may take a few days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
You can still cancel your policy after 14 days or after your journey has commenced but we will not refund any part of your premium if you do.
Occassionally we will allow our customers to cancel their policy due to unusual circumstances, but this is at the discretion of the insurer and may incur an administration fee.
